Smarts Hôtel

If I could give this sorry excuse of a hotel 1/2 a star, I would. Firstly, they have two parts to the hotel: the nice elegant pretty rooms photographed and the absolutely horrendous rooms that we were given. The stains on the carpet were disgusting and leave nothing to imagination, the air con does not work and when we spoke to reception, we were told that 'all of the rooms are fully booked' so we couldn't change rooms to the 'pretty and decent' rooms that the other reviews have mentioned. We were just glad that we only stayed one night. I do not recommend this hotel, please spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.

+ good location + nice rooms, enough space, clean + good bed and bedsheets quality + good breakfast - broken doors to the shower - waiting for a long time for towels* *Unbelievable experience to have no towels in the room even check-in was late (about 5 p.m). Late delivery of towels from pressing wasn't accepted as a reason, the only reason for that is poor management.

⚠️An Endless Nightmare with Bed Bugs. ⚠️ I experienced all of this just yesterday, during my stay at "Smarts Hotel," and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a never-ending nightmare. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by dusty surfaces that clearly hadn't seen a proper cleaning in ages. The housekeeping standards were severely lacking, and the bathroom was particularly distressing, with grime in every corner and an unsettling number of hairs that definitely did not belong to me. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were stained and bore witness to previous guests' unfortunate experiences. These stains were not only unsightly but also concerning in terms of cleanliness. The walls were also covered in stains, which made me question the overall hygiene of the room. As if all these problems weren't enough, the hotel staff decided to clean the room while I was still occupying it, invading my privacy and causing further inconvenience. But the worst part of my ordeal was discovering bed bugs in the room. Yes, bed bugs! This horrifying discovery kept me wide awake until 03:30 am, making my stay an absolute nightmare. I implore "Smarts Hotel" to take immediate and comprehensive action to address these severe issues. Guests should never have to endure such conditions, let alone be subjected to the presence of bed bugs. My stay at "Smarts Hotel" was nothing short of a disaster, deserving no more than a 1 out of 5 stars rating. I truly hope my feedback serves as a warning to potential future guests, urging them to avoid this extremely unsanitary hotel.

I m from Rabat , i recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view from my room was breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served each morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip
